Let’s talk Chakras!

1. The Root or Muladhara ❤️

Your roots, and or how secure you feel in different areas of your life! Its location lies @ the base of the spine/ your pelvis (pelvic floor)

1. The Sacral or Svadhishthana 🧡

Represents your emotions & feelings! WOW so much lies here! It also holds things like creativity and sensuality. Its location lies in the abdomen.

1. The Solar Plexus or Manipura 💛

Creates ideas & your beliefs! A lot to do with manifestation and motivation in here! Its location lies just above the navel (belly button).

1. The Heart or Anahata 💚

Our heart is our center! It’s responsible for love, connection, and bonding. It’s location (as I’m sure you could guess) lies in the center of the chest.

1. The Throat or Vishuddha 💙

Our communications center! How effectively we can communicate with one another and how we hear others communicate. It’s location is in the neck area.

1. The Third Eye or Ajna 💜

Mostly concerning your self perception. To truly SEE. It’s location is between the eyebrows!

1. The Crown or Sahasrara 🤍

Affecting mood and sleep, or the center of our spirits! It’s location actually lies at the center of our brain even though lots of photos suggest it sits on top on our head.

Over the last couple years I’ve really neglected my chakras and I used to be in such an open space! When I started again I found so much more than I could’ve imagined! 🥹✨
