Hey y'all! Let me tell you a little about myself! My name is Lily and I'm a wife, a mother, a homesteader, friend, and blogger. 

I was born and raised in Idaho, and I love it here! Although I have no intentions of leaving I do like to travel and would love to tour Europe one day. I love the country lifestyle and choose the mountains as my neighbor. I love the quiet mornings and raising my babies to be wild little cowboys and cowgirls. 

We love animals, we currently have a large flock of chickens and yes they're like family! Along the way, we've said goodbye to a few chickens, our beloved dog, and a kitten. It doesn't get easier to say goodbye, but I wouldn't trade the time we had with them for anything. 

I am always searching for a more natural or holistic approach to daily products, and foods. Around here we love raw milk, grass fed beef (Pasture), and essential oils. If we can make it from scratch I typically opt for that but don't get me wrong, I'll never turn down a meal from chick fil a.
