Healthy Chicken Salad

We love this recipe it’s so quick and easy, and pretty healthy! I just want to say right off the bat that this recipe, all the ingredients can totally be tweaked/substituted to your liking! You can use tortillas like we did or you can eat plain, or as a chip dip! We like all the ways! ;)

 

Everything we used: (I rarely measure.. I just eyeball what we like, especially for this recipe!)

  • canned chicken or shred a chicken breast 
  • Roma tomato 
  • cucumber
  • miracle whip/mayo 
  • hot sauce (we like cholula) 
  • cheese
  • avocado 

 

*the avocado is one of the last things I mix in because I want it to stay chunky. Bacon bits and corn would be great substitutes if you don’t like some of the ingredients listed above. Serve with whatever sides you and/or your family like!
