Our broccoli recipe!

Literally the only way I cook broccoli (most the time) 🥦 It’s more than likely not the healthiest but so delicious! Honestly, sometimes I wonder why I write these recipes because I’m never very specific or accurate with any type of measurement! If you’ve read some of my other recipes, you know, I measure everything with my heart! A.k.a. eyeballing it!

 

Ingredients:

-frozen broccoli (I always use frozen)

-butter! 
-garlic powder

-Italian bread crumbs

 

As for directions… well there really aren’t any for this recipe! Pour in a pot as much broccoli as you want, I usually eyeball the butter, but more often than not, I use half a stick of butter! *important* cook the broccoli in the butter until it’s mostly all the way thawed! * sprinkle as much garlic powder as your heart desires all over the broccoli and then let it sit for about a minute on low heat, then stir and sprinkle some more! Then add the breadcrumb's a little bit at a time, toss and turn the broccoli until there’s a pretty even coating of breadcrumbs then let it crisp up on all sides! By the time the broccoli is done it will have almost a black crispy (charred look!)
