So yummy but kind of messy to assemble! In my opinion, it’s totally worth it!
Ingredients:
-corn tortillas
-1 pound of ground beef
-1 pound of green chilies
-shredded cheese
-salt
-pepper
-taco seasoning
-nacho cheese
-sour cream
Directions
1. In a pan, cook up a ground beef add your taco seasoning, salt, pepper, and green chilies! Add in about a cup of shredded cheese!
2. Warm up a stack of corn tortillas in the microwave so they don’t crack when you roll them!
3. Add a spoon and a half full of meat mixture to your corn tortilla with a healthy sprinkle of cheese, and then deep fry in oil.
4. When tortilla is crisp up, take them out of the oil and top with nacho cheese and sour cream!
* when placing taquitos in the oil place, they open the flap side down, so they don’t unravel!
